I am an experienced Core Process Psychotherapist & Registered Training Supervisor, working in private practice in Brighton, UK. I offer face to face sessions for psychotherapy and am also able to offer online work for supervision. I have undertaken a number of additional trainings, run a Therapist Development Group and am also a qualified yoga teacher. As well working in private practice, I am a psychotherapy trainer at the Karuna Institute in Bristol, where I also hold the role of Academic Coordinator.
Supervision
I offer Integrative Supervision to psychotherapists, counsellors and those in related professions. I am also a UKCP Recognised Training Supervisor. I offer supervision to individuals and groups both in-person and online.
