There are many reasons to come to therapy: at any time in life, whether struggling with a particular event, past trauma or ongoing concerns. Everyone is unique and comes to therapy with their own life story, culture and beliefs. I offer a warm and non-judgmental space for you to explore whatever issues are present for you. I am particularly interested in how the body holds our life stories and how by paying attention to this in an intuitive and creative way, a different perspective may arise.

For over 20 years I have meditated and attended retreats which led me to training in mindfulness-based psychotherapy. I am now a senior trainee in Mindfulness Based Core Process Psychotherapy (UKCP accredited). This followed on from training as a mindfulness teacher with Mindfulness UK and Mindfulness Association.
