Welcome,

the longing we feel for relief from anxiety, suffering and disconnection isn’t a mistake. It is the wisdom of our body-being telling us something is out of balance that needs our attention. I offer you space for this exploration, and will accompany you as you discover your own insights and come home to your true nature.

I am an experienced Integrative, Core Process Psychotherapist offering a Wholearth approach to exploring this matter of being human. My practice in Oxford is relational, grounded in embodied awareness and deep listening. My orientation is trauma-sensitive and creatively weaves together depth psychology, relational mindfulness, ecological awareness and spirituality.

We all feel challenged or overwhelmed at times by life. It is healthy to seek support and guidance along the way. When life feels challenging we may find ourself reacting, thinking and behaving in ways based on fear and past conditioning. In sessions we open to, allow and gently investigate the suffering or uncertainty you are experiencing by turning towards your direct bodily experience of this, without any agenda. Old wounds and unconscious layers of history may begin to surface. This can be explored through movement, drawing, as well as through talking.

The luminosity or ‘inherent health’ of our shared essential nature is never lost, and it is often obscured by the unconscious layers of past conditioning and our identification with this. In time, life-limiting beliefs and patterns of behaviour that stifle your wellbeing, creativity and inhibit your relationships with yourself, other people, and the wider than human world, liberate themselves, creating more balance, harmony and possibility in life.

What you bring to sessions can be explored both inside the therapy room and outside on the land. It is possible to do some sessions on-line.

I have an MA in Core Process Psychotherapy – an integrative, body-centred, psycho-spiritual approach informed by Ecopsychology, and an MA in Critical Theory and Practice – Performance Art. I am also a registered Craniosacral Therapist which enables me to understand how our pre and perinatal experiences (our time in the womb and our birth experiences), can impact our life and relationships as adults, when they remain unexplored.

I usually work with people on a medium to long term basis, and if there is something specific you want to explore it can be possible to work for a shorter period.
