Hello, I’m Cressida a CP Psychotherapist, accredited with UKCP, who also works with an IFS (Level 2) approach.  I am currently a trainee Supervisor working towards a Diploma in Contemplative Supervision at Karuna Dartmoor.  I have some additional training in Somatic Experiencing (with Peter Levine) and Compassionate Inquiry (with Gabor Matè). I have a background in both the Arts and Business and am a mother to four children.
