Member Profile
I am an experienced mindfulness-based psychotherapist offering therapy in Central London and online. I offer a safe, non-judging, and confidential therapeutic space where thoughts and feelings can be shared and explored. I provide both short-term and open-ended therapy and have experience working across a range of areas, including: work-related stress, depression, anxiety, sexuality, relationship issues, major life transitions, neurodivergence, and low self-esteem.
I am accredited with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and most recently re-accredited in 2024. My main therapy qualification is an MA in Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapeutic Practice from the Karuna Institute and Middlesex University. My other academic qualifications include a MSc in Psychological Science (Conversion) from the University of Glasgow and am nearing completion of a PhD in Counselling Studies at the University of Edinburgh.
I started part-time practice with clients in early 2012 and in 2016, became an accredited psychotherapist with the UKCP. It was at the point of accreditation that I moved fully into the broader counselling and psychotherapy field, after having studied, researched and worked in the engineering and environmental policy development fields for over fifteen years. In addition to private psychotherapy practice, I have volunteered as a counsellor with LGBT+ and gay men’s health charities.
I see clients in Central London at the Bloomsbury Therapy Centre, WC1B 4BA and also offer online appointments.

I practice in Central London at The Bloomsbury Therapy Centre (Bristol House, 80A Southampton Row, London WC1B 4BA). The centre is within easy walking distance of a number of stations, with Holborn Underground Station being just a 5-6 minute walk away.
The Bloomsbury Therapy Centre is located on the ground floor of Bristol House. Unfortunately, although the centre is located on the ground floor, it is a up a couple of steps once inside the main building and is therefore not wheelchair accessible.
