WELCOME
I don’t see myself as someone with all the answers, but I can offer a space for compassionate reflection and a holding field for work with areas such as: stress and burnout, low mood, anxiety, anger issues, bereavement or loss, relationship issues, career and life changes, and challenges in creative or spiritual life.
ABOUT ME
As well as working as a botanical artist, I have been practicing Buddhism for over 30 years. I am inspired and challenged by the Buddhist teaching that we are all interconnected, and my work as a therapist feels like a natural extension of my desire to understand myself and to connect more deeply with others. I am fully trained in Core Process psychotherapy, which fuses modern psychological understanding with the time-honoured practice of deep mindfulness. This form of therapy includes the idea that we have a fundamental ‘core’ of basic goodness and well-being that can never be lost, even in the midst of difficulty and suffering.
