Member Profile
Mindfulness Based Core Process psychotherapy offers a safe, calm, and inclusive space to relate 1-1 in confidence – to have someone listen to the whole of your situation.
I have experience supporting people with challenges including self-esteem and self-worth, depression, grief and loss, neurodivergence – with & without diagnosis, relationship issues, self-harm, sexuality – including LGBTQIA+ community, stress, and spiritual emergence.
Please reach out if you have any questions for yourself, or someone else.
I’ve been offering lower-cost private psychotherapy for adults in Oxford since 2023. My fee is currently £45 per 60 minute session. In some circumstances I offer online or telephone sessions.
