I am a UKCP-accredited Core Process Psychotherapist and Supervisor based in Bristol. I offer individual psychotherapy for adults and supervision for practitioners working in the field of mental health.

Please note: I do not currently have any spaces for new psychotherapy clients or supervisees.

I have been practising as a psychotherapist since 2007, working with people in a number of areas and on a variety of issues. My work is informed by principles of inclusion, equality and anti-oppressive practice.

I am currently on the Teaching Faculty at the Karuna Institute in Bristol, which offers a full, UKCP-accredited professional training in Mindfulness-based Core Process Psychotherapy. Due to this, I am not able to work with people who are training at Karuna – or who are considering training – because there would be a conflict of interest.

While I do offer online therapy, this is only under exceptional circumstances as my preference is to work in-person wherever possible.

Please contact me or look at my website if you are interested in finding out more about the way that I work.

I look forward to meeting you.

Supervision

I am a UKCP Recognised Training Supervisor (RTS).

I see supervision as an essential part of a practitioner’s healthy work life. It is a place where we can bring in our human-ness as practitioners, to develop and grow and explore our own personal learning edges.

My personal approach to supervision is based on psychodynamic, transpersonal and humanistic perspectives and I enjoy working with people in an embodied, relational way.

Please note that, because I am on the Teaching Faculty at the Karuna Institute in Bristol, I am not able to work with people who are training at Karuna – or who are considering training – because there would be a conflict of interest.
