Registered Training Supervisor
UKCP Number 6158020
My clinical experience spans over three decades of therapeutic work across NHS, public sector and private practice settings, working alongside people facing significant life challenges. These experiences have deeply shaped my understanding of the importance of compassion, presence and relationship in therapeutic work. Having recently stepped down from many years of teaching at the Karuna institute both in Devon and Bristol. I am now focusing on my private practice, offering Core Process Psychotherapy and clinical supervision both in-person and online. I offer a calm and relational space where you can explore your difficulties at your own pace. My intention is to offer a safe and reflective space in which greater awareness, resilience and the possibility of lasting change can emerge. Central to my work is the belief that healing unfolds through awareness, compassionate presence and authentic relationship.
