My clinical experience spans more than three decades of therapeutic work across NHS, public sector and private practice settings, supporting people through a wide range of life challenges. These years of clinical work have deepened my understanding of the importance of compassion, presence and authentic relationship in the therapeutic process.
Having recently stepped down from many years of teaching at the Karuna Institute in Devon and Bristol, I am now focusing on my private practice, offering Core Process Psychotherapy and clinical supervision, both in person and online.
I offer a calm, compassionate and relational environment in which you can explore your difficulties at your own pace. My intention is to create a safe and reflective space where greater awareness, resilience and the possibility of meaningful and lasting change can emerge. At the heart of my work is the belief that healing unfolds through awareness, compassionate presence and an authentic therapeutic relationship.
