I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist and was a staff member of the Karuna Institute between 2001 and 2022. I have extensive experience as a psychotherapist, social worker, consultant and supervisor. As a Social Worker I spent many years working therapeutically with adults, children, young people, couples and families. Alongside my psychotherapy practice I continue to work as a private Social Worker and intermittently teach students. I also have many years of experience of working therapeutically with groups and have developed my own models of group therapy for working with children and adults. I am a registered Psychotherapist, Psychotherapy supervisor and a registered Social Worker.

Mindfulness, reflective awareness, utilising psychological insight and deepening trust in spontaneity underpin all of my therapeutic work.
