Member Profile
I offer contemplative, embodied psychotherapy for individuals and couples. My work is trauma-informed and integrates mindfulness, somatic awareness, and systemic perspectives. I am particularly interested in the thresholds of life, moments of loss, change, and questioning that invite deeper listening. I support people integrating powerful inner experiences, including those arising through non-ordinary states. I aim to create a space where people can slow down, turn toward their inner life with care, and explore ways of relating to themselves, others, and the wider living world that may include ritual, imagination, and a sense of the animate world.
