Member Profile
I am a trainee psychotherapist with the Karuna Institute offering one to one therapy in Bethnal Green and Hertfordshire.
Mindfulness Based Core Process Psychotherapy (MBCPP) offers a relational, compassionate and embodied approach that integrates contemporary psychotherapy with mindfulness and Buddhist wisdom, supporting healing, self-understanding and genuine transformation.
I’ve been practicing Buddhism and holding space for individuals and groups for over 20 years. Meditation has been an anchor in my life. It has brought moments of significant peace, whilst also revealing places of pain, fear and deep conditioning. MBCPP has given me a way of meeting those places with compassion rather than judgement. Through this process, I’ve discovered greater trust in myself, a deeper capacity to be present with difficult experience, and a growing sense of freedom and joy. It is from this lived experience, that I offer therapy, and invite you to join me there.
