Member Profile
I retired from the NHS in 2018 after 30 years as a mental health nurse, and re-trained as a psychotherapist. Somewhere inbetween I qualified to teach Mindfulness and Compassion Based Living courses. Core Process psychotherapy has brought together all of my previous experience and means I am comfortable with whatever you choose to bring to therapy.
I also have my own lived experience of mental health difficulties, which brings another level of understanding and compassion.
I live in the countryside in the beautiful Scottish Borders and practise from a log cabin in my garden.
