I graduated, lectured, and supervised at one of the UK’s leading universities for Art Psychotherapy. I have been working as an art psychotherapist since 2007, with 18 years’ experience across diverse settings including adult mental health, children and families’ services, schools, charities, trauma treatment centres, and drug and alcohol rehabilitation services in both London and Los Angeles. I currently work within the NHS in acute psychiatric treatment and run a private practice from my home in Bristol.

​I am registered with the UK Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), and I receive weekly supervision from a UKCP-registered supervisor. I am also completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Core Process Psychotherapy, a mindfulness-based approach that emphasises connection to ourselves, to one another, and to life itself.

​I have trained extensively in a range of therapeutic models, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT), with a particular passion for trauma-informed and mind–body approaches.

My work is grounded in sensitivity and collaboration. I take my lead from clients, adapting theory and training to meet each person’s needs, and working at a pace and depth that feels right for them.
