Member Profile
I offer embodied, relational, depth psychotherapy – a space where every part of you is welcome. Whether things have recently fallen apart, you’ve been struggling for some time, or you’re simply sensing the possibility of something more alive and meaningful, I’ll be alongside you in active enquiry.
My approach is grounded in Core Process Psychotherapy, weaving together Buddhist psychology, embodiment, psychodynamic, and trauma-aware practice. This work doesn’t follow a straight path – it’s a journey of self-discovery with twists and turns, and what matters most is that you can show up fully, with all your complexity, your struggles, and your wisdom.
My background as an anthropologist and over a decade of social change work has given me a deep appreciation for how transformation happens – individually and collectively. I bring my own deeply lived journey to this work, and a belief that when we can lean into what’s difficult from a place of resource and connection, something genuinely new becomes possible.
