Are you looking for a therapist because you want things to be different? Do you want to be truly seen and understood, or are you here for something else completely? Welcome. Pause. Take a breath. I offer a dedicated time each week to explore whatever you choose to bring. At your own pace, we will create a safe space where you can express all parts of yourself and feel met without judgement.

As a Core Process Psychotherapist in training, I will encourage us to bring awareness to the mind and body in the present moment. Awareness helps us to:

Feel, see and understand how our patterns take shape,
Build our capacity to stay with what we are experiencing,
Allow the unexpected to arise,
Have a moment of space to choose what is next, and
Rediscover our true interconnected nature.

“When our inner nature is truly free, we can find within ourselves a wealth of treasure, love, joy, and peace of mind. We can appreciate the beauty of life, taking each experience as it comes, opening our hearts to it and fully enjoying it. Realizing these qualities within ourselves is the greatest freedom that can be gained.” – Tarthang Tulku.

I have over 25 years’ experience of supporting people in a range of professional roles within the statutory and voluntary sector. In my private practice I offer support for many issues including (but not exclusively) Abuse, Neglect, Trauma, Shame, Grief, Anxiety, Stress, Burnout, Depression, Loneliness, and Spiritual Crisis.

My approach to therapy also considers the impact of culture, identity, inequality, and wider social systems. I have experience of working alongside people who are neurodistinct, from diverse ethnic backgrounds, members of LGBTQ+ community, and those questioning or living with a mental health diagnosis.

In addition to working with suffering, I am also interested in working with people who would like therapy for self-development.

About me: I have a keen curiosity about life, people, relationships, interconnection, and the world we live in. This is how I found my way to therapy.

I am a Bristolian, who has travelled widely. I resource myself by spending as much time as possible in nature, below the night sky, or by the sea.

Clients have told me that they value my ‘realness’, care for detail, and my ability to stay present with them even when things are difficult.

I continue to be grateful for the glimpses that people allow me to have into their lives. My heart is often touched by what is shared, even in the darkest moments.

I am planning to apply for accreditation within the next 3 -10 months.
