Member Profile
There are times in life when we can feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain. This may follow a loss, changes in relationships, illness, or another difficult life experience. Or perhaps you simply sense that something no longer feels quite right.
I offer a warm, compassionate, and confidential space where we can slow down together and meet whatever is present with curiosity, kindness, and care. Grounded in Mindfulness-based Core Process Psychotherapy, I work relationally, integrating mindfulness with an appreciation of the close relationship between body, mind and brain. Together we explore your experience at a pace that feels right for you, allowing new understanding to emerge through awareness, reflection, and our therapeutic relationship.
Alongside my private psychotherapy and integrative coaching practice, I bring over twenty-five years of experience supporting people’s health and wellbeing, including my work as a bereavement therapist within palliative care.
