I am particularly interested in complex developmental trauma.  My orientation to this area means it has been at the forefront of my own process and thta of my clients. How to relate to deeply traumatised aspects of ourselves to create space in the embodied experience for repair of our abandoned selves. This leads to a greater sense of freedom and intuition to choose how to live our lives.

I have trained in IFS informed EMDR which has deepened this exploration and healing journey for my clients.

This process accesses our deepest resources to support this process through the imaginal and natural world.

 

Of course all trauma is cultural and this is aspected in the work through ancestral exploration and healing.

Supervision

I supervise students on the training and thoroughly enjoy this process and also fully establishes Core Process psychotherapists. I belive the most important aspect of the supervisory relationship is that the supervisee feels able to bring all aspects of them selves to supervision.
