I’m an experienced UKCP-accredited & BABCP-accredited CBT Therapist, managing a private practice in both Kent and London for 15+ years.

I have also worked as a psychotherapist at The School of Life in London and within the NHS. I work with individuals and couples, offering relational, integrative psychotherapy and CBT, with particular interests in relationships, patterns of stuckness, life transitions, trauma, anxiety, neurodiversity, identity, discrimination and loss. I also draw on evidence-based CBT approaches for OCD, including religious and moral scrupulosity, as well as social anxiety and phobias.

My approach is relational, collaborative, culturally responsive and socially aware, with an interest in how our inner lives are shaped by relationships, identity and the wider world. I also work with eco-anxiety & eco-grief, creativity, spirituality and our relationship with the natural world. I offer outdoor Walk & Talk therapy in Greenwich and Kent, and online sessions.
