I’m a mindfulness-based core process psychotherapist offering relational, grounded therapy. You might find that you are outwardly functioning but inwardly anxious, disconnected, or shaped by difficult past experiences.
My work blends conversation with mindful awareness of emotions, body sensations, and what unfolds in the therapeutic relationship. I sometimes name what I notice in the room, and I support clients to slow down and listen to parts of themselves that may not yet have words.
I’m not judgmental, directive, or interested in fixing you. Anything you bring is welcome. Awareness and relationship allow healing to emerge in its own time.
I work best with people who are ready to engage, get curious, and explore how they relate to themselves and others. I offer short- and long-term therapy, and a free initial consultation.
