I completed my training at the Karuna Institute in the year 2000 and gained full accreditation in 2004. I now work in private practice only.
My key interests are in psycho-spiritual aspects of being, our depth relational processes including shock and trauma, the messages in our dreams (contact with the unconscious) imaginal and liminal states. At its most essential level the flow of Life is always moving towards wholeness. The story of our life is written throughout the body and we can only become transparent to ourselves through depth enquiry, openness and receptitivty of our interior world.
I  am a facilitator in the Mindfulness based Living course (MBLC) and the Mindfulness based Stress Reduction programme (MBSR).
I have also trained with Judith Blackstone as a facilitator in the Realisation Process Embodiment practices, and the Healing Ground approach.

Supervision

I trained as a supervisor in 2005-2008 in Core Process Supervision. I currently have one or two spaces for fully accredited psychotherapists.
