Member Profile
I’m a psychotherapist and qualified EMDR practitioner. Alongside my practice, I teach counselling and psychotherapy students, and I support my work through regular clinical supervision and ongoing continuing professional development (CPD). I’m currently undertaking a Diploma in Contemplative Supervision with Karuna Dartmoor.
Before training as a psychotherapist, I worked in research exploring psychosocial development and the kinds of experiences that can disrupt or distort a sense of self. My work alongside university mental health services deepened my interest in supporting neurodivergent people. I’ve also trained as an end-of-life doula (sometimes called soul-midwifery), which continues to inform how I think about care, meaning, and the realities of change and loss. I’m interested in how connection with nature can be a resource in therapy— helping us to slow down, steady, and reconnect. I also work with Saefly Held Spaces, facilitating peer support groups for people with a loved one who experiences psychosis and altered states.
