UKCP-accredited Core Process Psychotherapist and Contemplative Supervisor (in training), working in private practice in East London and online. I offer a respectful, inclusive and culturally sensitive therapeutic space where you can explore your experiences and express yourself freely. My intention is to provide a safe and compassionate environment where difficult feelings, life transitions, and deeper questions about meaning, belonging and identity can be held with care and curiosity.

My approach is Mindfulness-based, integrative, transpersonal and trauma-informed. My experience with somatic and energetic therapies, in-depth Buddhist practice, and long-term interest in expanded states of consciousness inform my work. 

I am currently completing the Contemplative Supervision training at Karuna Dartmoor. I offer supervision to accredited therapists, as well as mindfulness and contemplative practitioners. I also offer guidance in psychedelic harm reduction and integration work.

In addition to my private practice, I work as a therapist supporting participants in clinical research studies at King’s College London, exploring the safety and potential therapeutic applications of psychedelics for neurological and mental health conditions since 2022. I also hold a Diploma in Depth Relational Process, a two-year professional training in psychedelic-assisted therapy.

As a Brazilian and British citizen, I offer therapy in both English and Portuguese.
