UKCP-accredited Core Process Psychotherapist and Contemplative Supervisor (trainee).

Warm Welcome!

Whether you are seeking support with emotional or mental health difficulties, navigating an existential crisis, or wishing to explore your potential for growth and fulfilment, my integrative approach offers the flexibility to meet you where you are and support what is most important in your journey toward healing and transformation. I aim to provide a respectful, inclusive, and culturally sensitive therapeutic space where difficult feelings, life transitions, and deeper questions of meaning, belonging, and identity can be met with care, compassion, and curiosity.

Trained at Karuna Dartmoor and grounded in a longstanding Buddhist contemplative practice, my therapeutic approach is Mindfulness-based, trauma-informed, and somatically oriented, integrating insights from contemporary neuroscience.

I have a particular interest in altered states of consciousness and specialise in psychedelic-informed therapy, supporting individuals in preparing for, making sense of, and integrating psychedelic experiences and spiritual emergence.

Alongside my private practice, I work in clinical research at King’s College London, exploring the safety and therapeutic potential of psychedelics for mental health and neurological conditions. I also hold a Diploma in Depth Relational Process, a two-year professional training in psychedelic-assisted therapy.

As a trainee Contemplative Supervisor, I offer supervision to therapists, coaches, and mindfulness and contemplative practitioners, including consultation on psychedelic harm reduction, psychoeducation, and integration work.

As a Brazilian and British citizen, I offer therapy in both English and Portuguese.

If this approach resonates with you, I would be happy to hear from you.
