Member Profile
I offer psychotherapy as a gentle, collaborative, and trauma-informed process grounded in compassion and mindfulness. Together, we create a safe, non-judgmental space where you control the pace and direction of our work. Nothing is forced or rushed. I offer a warm, steady presence, supporting you to explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences when they feel manageable. This approach honours your resilience, supports nervous system safety, and helps you reconnect with inner resources, self-compassion, and trust at your own pace.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, chronic stress, and persistent sadness. My interests include prenatal and perinatal development, early developmental trauma, neurodiversity, and gender identity. I offer a warm, affirming, trauma-informed space where clients feel seen and supported at every stage of life.
Choosing a therapist can feel daunting, especially when you’re already carrying a lot. To support you, I offer a complimentary introductory session where we can gently explore your needs and see if we’re a good fit to work together
